CryptoSim AI is a backtest calculator: it runs trading strategies over historical cryptocurrency price data and reports what would have happened. It does not connect to exchanges, wallets or bank accounts, and it never handles your funds.

What we collect

• Anonymous identifier. On first launch the app signs in anonymously (Firebase Authentication). We do not ask for your name, email or phone number.
• Backtest inputs and results. The strategies you run (including any text you type into the free-text field), saved strategies and their results are stored on our server, linked to the anonymous identifier.
• Usage analytics. Screen and feature usage events (Firebase Analytics), used to understand which features are used.
• Crash and performance data. Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics), used to fix bugs.
• Purchases. Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We receive confirmation that a subscription is active; we never receive your payment details.

How we use it

Only to operate the app (running and saving backtests), to fix bugs and to improve features. We do not sell personal data, do not use it for third-party advertising, and do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Service providers

• Google Firebase (authentication, analytics, crash reporting)
• Google Gemini API (interpreting free-text strategy descriptions and writing result summaries — the text you type is sent for this purpose)
• Railway (server and database hosting)
• Apple (payments)

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while the app is in use. To delete your data, contact us with the request and we will remove the records linked to your anonymous identifier. Deleting the app removes the identifier from your device.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13.

All results are simulations on past data and do not guarantee future performance. Nothing in the app is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.
