These terms apply in addition to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where they conflict, Apple's EULA prevails.
CryptoSim AI is a backtest calculator. It simulates trading rules on historical daily price data and reports what would have happened. It does not execute trades, hold funds, connect to exchanges or wallets, or provide investment, financial, tax or legal advice. Nothing in the app is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.
Results depend on historical data, fee and slippage assumptions and the execution model described in the app (daily bars, fills at stated prices, an assumed intra-day price path). They can differ materially from what real trading would have produced. Past results do not guarantee future performance. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.
CryptoSim AI Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Do not reverse engineer, overload or abuse the service or its API, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Price data comes from public exchange archives and may contain errors or gaps. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without warranties, and Sense G.K. is not liable for losses arising from its use.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
